Glenn, Danica, Ella, Kathleen, and Abigail used to eat during the afternoon breaks. They spent their break time during afternoon to eat snacks. Mostly, they buy streetfoods such as fishballs, kwek-kwek, kikiam, and french fries. Also they buy drinks including softdrinks and samalamig.

One time, it was their class in Economics and Business Math. The teachers have discussed something that relates to establishing a business. The students were tasked to have a business before, with their respective groups, and conducting the sales and operations inside the School aforementioned. It was a great experience, as they have learned some skills and knowledge. from the 3-day juncture. Now, they are equipped with some expertise and ready to open another one, if there's any chance.

Weeks later, during September 2019, the teacher in ET has tasked her students with the same activity. They are grouped together and decided to incorporate everything they have discussed. All agreed to have a business that will focus on their favorite food, CHEESE STICK, along with their chosen drink, COFFEE JELLY. They have named the business SO FRESH CO.
